Very patient! Let me ask all my questions with great knowledgeable answers.
Very accommodating with appointments, payments and with loving care. You can tell the clinic loves animals and is very compassionate.

Dr. Thayne happened to be in the office when I brought Rosie in after a dog viciously attacked her. He is an animal neurologist and rapidly assessed Rosie. He offered x-rays which agreed with his diagnosis. I was so impressed with his diagnostic ability.
He gave us our options and time to consider them. When we chose our path, he immediately set things up for us and performed the procedure quickly and efficiently.
I am a retired nurse. He impressed me.
